You may be able to waive the fee entirely if you buy a bundle, but it will depend on current promotions. Can't comment on AT&T, but agree that Comcast has gotten worse in recent months, storm issues aside. I wish our politicians gave a shit about fair and open options, but they sided with Comcast, Verizon, and AT&T refusing Google Fiber to be implemented across Nashville. Options would have driven performance up and prices down..
